Datacenter outage - Two customers impacted

Services were restored 14th June 2021

Equipment fault has been rectified. Temporary fix has been implemented and investigations continuing. Customers back online.

We have identified an issue affecting two customers in a single data rack. DC technician is heading to site to resolve.
