Switch Upgrade - NextDC B1 from 21-07-21 08:30 PM AEST to 21-07-21 09:00 PM AEST

TechPath would like to inform you of an urgent switch software upgrade planned for the 21st July 2021 between 8:30pm and 9:00pm AEST GMT+10.

During the outage window SD-WAN customers on QLD Aggregator #2 will have their service automatically migrated to alternative hardware to allow for the upgrade to be completed.

Customers may experience two brief disruptions to service as services are moved away and back once completed onto the related hardware.
