TechPath wishes to advise that a vendor will be performing urgent works to resolve a reported failing hard drive alert within one of our production cloud PBX servers.
Impact Details:
- Date: 29 July 2021
- Time: Between 22:30 – 00:30
- Reason: Replace Failed Hard Disk on production server
- Impact: Intermittent outage of PBX and Voice services during the outage
- PBX Affected: Customers on 78.techpath.com.au
